More details have come out (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/dc-sports-bog/post/fred-davis-admits-he-was-at-a-club-the-day-before-a-redskins-game/2012/07/03/gJQAwRHrKW_blog.html#pagebreak), although personally I don't think his being at the club the day before a game is a big deal, especially considering he had 6 catches for 99 yards the next day. The transcript (http://www.washingtonian.com/blogs/capitalcomment/local-news/fred-davis-attorney-at-law-the-courtroom-transcripts.php)is funny though.

Im shocked more people dont feel this way.

I might find it more awesome if it wasn't our star TE that is one strike away from being booted for a full season. The guy is proving to be a real knucklehead.

It's almost too hilarious to be real life, it seems.

What in the world is a family of my family?

Chaka: Let’s look at these photos right here. Because I went to college. I go back to my homecoming every year. Why? Because a building on the campus named after a family of my family.

:laughing-

I have no idea. She goes back to homecoming every year because a building on campus is named after a family of her family? That makes no sense.

I feel like this should be a trial between two kids on Judge Judy, not between a high-profile athlete and a pimpette.

Davis: So, they use a pimp cup, that’s all.

Chaka: Mr. Davis, I’m drinking out of a decorated accessory as many celebrities do.

Davis: Many celebrities as who, Magic Don Juan that’s a pimp?

His shenanigans prevented him from hitting 100 yards!

Yeah. I've already resigned to that and I'm just enjoying it from an entertainment perspective.

Clearly our negotiating team is impressed with his ability to represent himself in court and has decided to just get it over with.
