NYCskinfan82 06-17-2012, 10:54 PM He was good for the game. NC_Skins 06-17-2012, 11:55 PM Anybody other than Norv or Marty coaching, and he probably has a Super Bowl. Thems the breaks, but a great career never the less. REDSKINS4ever 06-18-2012, 05:35 AM LaDainian Tomlinson was the best running back of his generation. He's definitely a first ballot Hall Of Famer.... Lotus 06-18-2012, 08:26 AM LT's passion and skill made him a joy to watch. mlmdub130 06-18-2012, 09:06 AM i think smoot posted this gem when it first came out a few years ago LT Dance - YouTube definitely a first ballot hofer, so much fun to watch Monkeydad 06-18-2012, 11:47 AM Great versatile player. Like other's have said it's a shame he didn't get a ring. He was one of the few non-Redskins players I liked cheering for. Well said. I also wanted him to come to the Skins. SkinsHulk 06-18-2012, 09:31 PM So, first-ballot Hall of Famer? Absolutely, along with Gary Clark and more Hogs! mlmpetert 06-19-2012, 03:21 PM Yep, definietly a 1st ballot guy. One of the funnest running backs ive ever been able to watch. I feel like the dude was ridiculously consitant too. During his prime, basically before the Jets, he was great every game. sportscurmudgeon 06-27-2012, 10:47 PM In addition to his prodigious on-field accomplishments, LT has been a good citizen and an ambassador for the game. I have only had the opportuity to meet him and inteact with him twice; that is a small sample but in those two situations I would have to say that he is a gentleman and a fundamentally "good-guy". Add those dimensions to his on-field accomplishments and he should be a 1st ballot HoF inductee when his time comes. |
