Today through Thursday is open to the media mooby 06-12-2012, 03:53 PM I have to get one of those tee shits! Yeah, I need a tee shit too. firstdown 06-12-2012, 04:00 PM DeAngelo Hall on what he learned from Shannon Sharpe - DC Sports Bog - The Washington Post (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/dc-sports-bog/post/deangelo-hall-on-what-he-learned-from-shannon-sharpe/2012/06/12/gJQAClKTXV_blog.html) "You have to do things that other people either won’t do or they can’t do. You have to approach practice as if it’s a game." “And that’s something that I have a hard time doing sometimes. I kind of like to kind of coast in practice, make it look at easy as possible, try to save it all for the game. But Shannon made the point that if you’re going so hard in practice that you feel like you’re playing in a game, then by the time you get to the game, everything’s easy." oh boy...Classic D Hall I like the fact that he realized that trying to save himself for a game was not the way the elite of the game do things. I cannot knock a guy who is trying to get better. Good for him. mooby 06-12-2012, 04:14 PM I like the fact that he realized that trying to save himself for a game was not the way the elite of the game do things. I cannot knock a guy who is trying to get better. Good for him. oh yeah i agree, I just feel more foolish defending him as i did in the past...lol. D Hall probably had his worst season since his Raiders' year last year. Can he bounce back? I think he can, cant keep that Hokie down SmootSmack 06-12-2012, 05:53 PM The Redskins Blog | Video: First Mini-Camp Practice Complete (http://blog.redskins.com/2012/06/12/video-first-mini-camp-practice-complete/) Heard Cousins had a significantly stronger day than RGIII...let the controversy begin!! firstdown 06-12-2012, 06:16 PM The Redskins Blog | Video: First Mini-Camp Practice Complete (http://blog.redskins.com/2012/06/12/video-first-mini-camp-practice-complete/) Heard Cousins had a significantly stronger day than RGIII...let the controversy begin!! I heard cousins passed the EYEBALL test while RGIII struggled. InsaneBoost 06-12-2012, 06:28 PM I think it's expected. Cousins played in a pro-style offense. Griffin has more to learn after coming out of the spread. HailGreen28 06-12-2012, 07:29 PM Always remember. The standard of play in the preseason for "on-track" teams is not very high.So true. Everybody's undefeated so far, this season. lol I'd expect Griffin to not be on the same page with his receivers. But hearing praise about his arm strength is encouraging to me. I have to get one of those tee shits!I really wish those days were over. You rarely hear about the Pats, Packers, or Steelers making risky (high-cost) moves in the offseason. "Defensively, rookie cornerback Chase Minnifield made a nice interception across the middle on a pass from quarterback Rex Grossman." Its early, but I keep seeing his name....its a good sign. |
