Pinkston would make a great third receiver, and even freddie boy would make a great 4th receiver. IMO, they should make that Greg lewis guy their number two receiver. Hes blazing fast and seems to come up with the ball when it comes his way.

I keep hoping for the Eagles to crash and burn, but in the last 4 years they've gone to the NFC Championship 3 times and now the Super Bowl this year.
I think I'm done hoping for them to collapse, until further notice the NFC East title goes through Philly.
Totally agreed, Matty. They've got to sign a lot of their own players this offseason, but they've got the cap room to do it and then on top of that go get someone to provide an upgrade over Todd Pinkston. Really, as Redskins fans, we can't be counting on or looking forward to an Eagles collapse, because if it's coming it is still a few years off. Instead of hoping the Eagles collapse, we need the 'Skins to make the leap. To me, that means in-house development. I love that Gregg Williams can make so much happen with what seems to be a bunch of scrubs. Keys will be:
1) Patrick Ramsey making the leap from serviceable to playmaker/leader.
2) Developing a nasty as hell attitude regarding physical offensive line play. I want to see more defenders blown off the ball on Clinton Portis run plays.
3) Gregg Williams continues to make a great D out of what he's got on hand currently, so that we can use what little cap room we have on the offense (like a center and a WR).
4) Fostering a work-hard attitude, and return the pride to being part of the organization (to the point where players say I'll take 10% less cash to stay here because I'm a Redskin through and through).
I already love the players' attitude after a 6-10 season. After Spurrier's 5-11 season, players were pissing and moaning. Now, they're saying things like "We were a team with a losing record, but we are not a losing team." Antonio Pierce said that, and he clearly buys into the Gibbs program. I love Pierce.

Simply put who would you rather have T.O. and Muhshin or L. Coles and a ?. Exactly thought you would say T.O and Muhsin. That would be a very nice combo. Do not forget that they are getting Buckhalter back this year. I know he gets hurt a lot, but when healthy he can pound away.

Eagles could get Randy Moss and Still not win the Super Bowl.

they can go after him if they want, but we better not get Freddie Mitchel if they get Muhammad and release Mitchel

Also though, their cap space isn't likely to be that expansive this coming year. That $17 million figure does not include the franchise tag figure that they just slapped on Corey Simon. That should eat up a good $6 million. Plus, they need to resign Trotter, Brian Westbrook, and Tra Thomas, who should all command high dollars. Plus Jermaine Mayberry who is worth a pretty penny (or replace him). Both Buckhalter and Dorsey Levens are free agents, so they'll probably go after a Najeh Davenport or somebody like that. And upcoming DE Derrick Burgess will cost a little, on the heels of his great postseason. If they do go for Moose, who would command like a $10 million signing bonus, it would probably finally put them up against the salary cap. Let's keep an eye on the Eagles' offseason. It could finally be the beginning of the end.
Great points. Screw the filthy birds - I'm sick of them.

Muhammad across from TO that's a very scary scenerio both can go up and take the ball away from the defender's with McNabb running all over the place and throwing ball's up for grab's, and Westbrook out of the backfield I don't want to think about it it's to scary.
