CBS Sports gave him a 3rd round grade, and rated him the 5th G in the draft

ESPN's player card (http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/draft/player?id=29034) has him graded at a 54, with "below average" or "average" marks in 6 out of the 8 categories they grade.

I don't see any reason why we couldn't have waited until at least the 5th round for this guy. Why not Xebrie Sanders from FSU?
