I had Direct TV for one year and couldn't take it anymore. Customer service was awful, picture constantly went out. Never again. Verizon has that Red Zone thing that's almost as good and a lot less headache.

I personally love the Red Zone better then Direct Ticket. IF I was out of market for Skins I the ticket but the Zone is so fun to watch especially if you are trying to follow your fantsay team. No commercials, all HD, scrolling stats and scores on the side bar and they only bring you to pivotal moments in each game. IF the Skins are not playing I am watching the Red Zone.

Respectable price. I notice a few threads over the years on ES where customers would call in each year to bitch about new subs getting it free and they would get it 1/2 off. This is pretty much what they should have done from the get go.

Talked your woman into "letting you have" it? :laughing-

Haven't needed to pay for DirecTV in a long time. Now I probably kind of do. But with Red Zone, I think I'll be fine

I've always been quite happy with DirecTV. Time Warner absolutely blows in comparison.

I live in KY, close to Tennessee Titans territory, so unless I want the Titans every Sunday (yuck!) I have bought Sunday Ticket for 3 years now. Great news!!! However, I will say with 17 weeks of Thursday night games coming this year, the number of Sunday games is getting fewer. How can they keep charging over $300 when their product is smaller now than last year? The skins have not played a lot of Nationally televised games in years past, so the opportunity to watch them for free on an ESPN, NBC is not there. Out of market skins fans have to get the ticket.

This = great news. I've pretty much signed my life over to Directv already since I'm in CA and Sunday Ticket is the only way I'm able to watch the 'Skins with any regularity. Paying less for the same thing I'm already getting makes me happy.

With out looking... my guess is $199. lol.

I love companies that tout their below a specific price then when you go check it's like $1 dollar below. WTF? With tax it will be over.
