Did you guys hear? Colts said they take Luck! First!
I just read an article from profootballtalk.com about it minutes ago. This was no surprise. Luck has been regarded as the #1 overall pick since the start of last season. If Luck would have declared for last year's draft, Cam Newton would have gone #2 instead of #1 because Luck would have been #1 then.

Not that anyone expected any differently...

"No great surprise, it's what most expected, but Colts have told Andrew Luck they will take him with the No. 1 overall pick, per NFL source."
I am sure someone will created a thread just for this and it will be posted as breaking news for like 6 times (With me possibly doing it already).

Check this stupid shit out by some "scouts".
Rating the NFL draft prospects: Quarterbacks - JSOnline (http://www.jsonline.com/sports/packers/draftcaps19-vn4vq55-148026515.html?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter)
"Everybody is just assuming because of the Heisman and the socks and all that bs. . . . they are ignoring a lot of bad tape that he's had," a third scout said. "I don't think he has vision or pocket feel, which to me are the two most important components of quarterbacking. He's just running around winging it. He's (Michael) Vick, but not as good a thrower."
This guy, the only way he gets big plays with his feet is if he's got a wide-open field and the sea opens for him. He's got a little bit of a selfish streak, too. Everybody was laying on Cam, but for some reason this guy has become gloves off. He doesn't treat anybody good." Another scout also questioned the way Griffin deals with people.
:hater: :laughing-
You know the Colts organization trying to put this kind of crap out so they can sell their fans on Luck over RGIII. That way, if it fails, they can say....BUT LOOK AT THESE SCOUTING REPORTS!! Notice it came out the same day that the "official" report that the Colts were going to take Luck. Not a coincidence at all.

Guys, I heard that Griffin turned down the Colts.
Yes, he did. That's 4 week old news. Jim Irsay wanted him to work out for Indy and RG3 said no. Why waste a player's time that you are not going to draft? If they wanted RG3 then allow them to look at tapes of Griffin and his pro day to evaluate him. But the Colts and RG3 knew that the Colts were selecting Luck.

Is anyone else concerned that RGIII wasn't near the top of red zone tds (percentage) and pairing that with the lack of red zone success with the Redskins?

I don't know what you mean or which stats you are refering to, but no I'm not concerned.
In the following article, going into Baylor's last bowl game- their offense was ranked 91st in the red zone (presumably efficiency). It wouldn't prevent me from drafting RGIII but I wouldn't want to ignore this. Out of all the stats mentioned, this is the one negative one that sticks out to me.
What got me curious about this was when I watched gruden's camp with griffin. And to a certain extent last years camp with cam newton when he basically called the red zone- the cam zone.
