PWNED 03-29-2012, 09:50 AM anything that weakens the eagles is good in my book. PWNED 03-29-2012, 09:53 AM havent heard the price, but im assuming based on the things the eagles usually get, the titans are giving them 4 1st rounders? Chico23231 03-29-2012, 10:15 AM New thread, new news What do you all think of this Asante Samuel to Tennessee rumor? Asante Samuel 1) probably top 5 currently bad locker room guys 2) skills have fallen off since going to the Eagles, sharply last season 3) Eagles FO probably top 3 in the league Eagles probably make up quite well with the deal which is bad news for us. Wouldnt want him here, but if they are moving Rogers-Cromartie to the full time starter...thats a huge win for anybody playing them. Rogers-Cromartie is piss poor mooby 03-29-2012, 10:17 AM I don't know how they do it but the Eagles make out like bandits with every trade they pull, so Tennessee will probably give them a high pick for Samuel. As far as what I think of it, either way the Eagles win imo. As far as what I think of it, either way the Eagles win imo. if they give them a third or higher, im OK with that. mbedner3420 03-29-2012, 10:31 AM havent heard the price, but im assuming based on the things the eagles usually get, the titans are giving them 4 1st rounders? I think it is a conditional 3rd. Monksdown 03-29-2012, 10:41 AM 3rd round pick will likely be a starter in 2-3 years. Immediately it makes them younger, and slightly weaker on defense. It's good for them long term. If our wideout situation is noticably deeper this year, than it could be good for us. The Redskins of the last 20 years, it wouldnt matter that much because you dont need a deep secondary to cover our 1-2 threats. PWNED 03-29-2012, 10:45 AM grr, the eagles ALWAYS buy low and sell high. Monksdown 03-29-2012, 10:48 AM i hope his replacement can tackle. i have a feeling our quarterback will spend a significant amount of time in our opponents secondary dodging tackles. :) |
