Monkeydad 09-11-2012, 04:35 PM I hope we wear the gold pants every week! Expected match-up: http://i.imgur.com/Hs7TA.jpg los panda 09-11-2012, 05:18 PM i can't remember if i saw any of our guys with white shoes, but i saw at least 4 different variations black/black black/white black/gold burgundy/gold would like to see a more uniform look, burgundy/gold my first choice. not sure if they offer that option on the ugly lineman shoes, though Monkeydad 09-11-2012, 05:23 PM I prefer the team-colored shoes. RGIII and others wore black with white or gold accents. No one can wear white. Every team must designate black or white with the league before the season. Players can wear that team choice or the team colors. That's why Peyton Manning was threatened with fines for trying to honor the deceased Johnny Unitas by wearing black shoes, the Colts were a "white shoe" team. I like the shoes Alfred Morris wore best. Check out his and Fred Davis' shoes, they're reversed color schemes on the same shoe. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/football-insider/files/2012/09/alfredmorris.jpg http://theboysareback.files.wordpress.com/2012/09/washington-redskins-vs-new-orleans-saints-griffin-iii-washington-stun-new-orleans-40-32-the1.jpg?w=640&h=418 los panda 09-11-2012, 05:30 PM I prefer the team-colored shoes. They can wear black, white, one black and one white or just one shoe total. Rule 5, Section 3, Article 4 (j) - "Shoes" <stuff snipped>...All players on the same team must wear the same color shoe (either all white or all black, with all-white or all-black laces, whichever are applicable), and the selection of such shoe color must be reported by clubs to the League office by July 1 each year. Punters and placekickers are permitted, only on plays in which they line up to kick, to deviate temporarily from this rule, e.g., by wearing one black and one white shoe, or two black shoes while the rest of the team wears white. scowan 09-12-2012, 11:49 AM I can't tell from these pictures because RGIII is wearing Black, but does he wear Nike shoes or his Adidas shoes? los panda 09-12-2012, 12:04 PM I can't tell from these pictures because RGIII is wearing Black, but does he wear Nike shoes or his Adidas shoes?adidas Summo 09-12-2012, 12:55 PM It looks as though Adidas has not been an approved supplier yet because all the logos on his equipment looked as though it was covered or non-exsistant. REDSKINS4ever 09-12-2012, 01:30 PM Looks like the NFL already has a beef to pick with Griffin III about wearing an unauthorized Adidas. NFL responds to Robert Griffin III’s unauthorized uniform modification | Shutdown Corner - Yahoo!
