skinsfaninok 08-15-2012, 08:35 PM colts had white collar/white jersey w reebok, now w nike. some teams have had white collars/white jerseys before (colts, cowboys, jets, 49ers). some teams have had color collar/white jersey (eagles=black collar, redskins=burgundy collar, dolphins=green collar)
basically, if your collar was not the same color as your jersey, it has been ruined by nike.
most look stupid because of the horseshoe shape, but teams like the texans look stupid because the collar is so damn wide/thick/bold

Dallas and Oakland too. Los panda hit it..any team that had same-colored collars before is safe from the disco curse.

Monkeydad 08-16-2012, 12:21 PM Dallas, aside from the traditional mismatched blues and silver-green pants, has some big issues with their jerseys. Look at the sleeve stripes, especially on the QBs with longer sleeves. That TE in the background has sleeve stripes that look like "=" equals signs.

Not even speaking from my bias, the Cowboys have one of the worst uniforms in the league. They use about 3 or 4 non-matching shades of blue, a silver helmet with that green-silver shade for pants that was designed in the 1970s because of bad colorizing on TV sets of the time and random black outlining the stripes on the jerseys, which are now all F'ed up by Nike. They're a mess.

I can't agree with you more. They are terrible. Not only are their green-silver pants strange colors, but it gets stranger with increasing layers of butt sweat. Don't tell me you guys haven't noticed that too.
