The Browns should pony up for Mike Wallace.
It drastically improves their WRs and it directly weakens a rival.

The Browns need to forget about Garcon and Morgan and concentrate on their draft. They are in a unique position to draft Justin Blackmon. They should just do that.

Justin Blackmon might be there at @4 and he might be good but Wallace is a guarantee.

If any division rival should take Wallace it's Baltimore but salary cap prevents that, plus Baltimore doesn't make FA splashes

I'm not sure he really fits their offense either, but even if he doesn't, it would still do a lot to close the gap between them and Pittsburgh.

The problem with the 4th pick isn't so much that it's too valuable to give up for Mike Wallace. It's that its too valuable to give to Pittsburgh.

Cleveland should take Trent Richardson, who can improve their offense by more than Wallace can, and then just hope that someone else is aggressive enough to sign Wallace to a blockbuster.

If any division rival should take Wallace it's Baltimore but salary cap prevents that, plus Baltimore doesn't make FA splashesI think it's safe to put Wallace back in Pittsburgh at this point. And I do think a couple of teams are making a mistake by not signing him to an offer sheet. I just don't believe the Browns or Bengals are making a mistake.

The Ravens would obviously make a lot of sense, but like you said, any deal the Ravens can offer, Pittsburgh can match.

If I'm Cleveland Trent Richardson at 4, Kendall Wright at 22, best QB available in 2nd round.
