Just from a pure demographic/cultural perspective, Buffalo is definitely at a big "competitive disadvantage". Good for them though, they seem to be moving in the right direction. BL didn't start playing until he realized his career (and money) were on the line and it was his last shot. This has nothing to do with our organization as to why he failed, but more to he failing because he decided to tank it after getting paid.
