Great memories, but it was time.

Long overdue. Think we all saw this coming

Two immediate thoughts.

1) Sellers has been a frustrating point of contention for me in the Shanahan era, and this release is a step in the right direction for his team.

2) We should celebrate a player who was on the street in 2004 and made himself into a deserving pro-bowler and a fan favorite.

A good Redskin in his day but thank god he's gone. Hopefully he will be the last 280LB tackle hurdling FB in Redskins history...

Jokes aside, he was a good player and a good teammate. I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

Sucks to see him go, I'll always remember him fondly for his monster hits, this is one of my favs
