Exactly. They both have had plenty of time to prepare for this and I imagine both sides understand the others position even if they don't agree with it. They have had a great run together. No reason to tarnish that.

Manning's offense is extremely vertical, where as the Shanny's west coast system is crossing routes and such, also if you've ever heard little shanny he calls the play and which route to throw (very micro or anal).

Again Kyle s offense in Houston was vertical also, and he's the OC not mike. Manning would fit in well IMO. Get him his guys at WR plus a good TE in FD and CC and let him do work

If Shanahan and son can't make Peyton F*cking Manning work out, they need to be fired period. Look at freaking Darth Hoody and all the adjustments he's made over the years and how that has resulted in a dynasty.
