I think PM is going anywhere but the NFC EAST does not want to compete with his brother to make the playoffs. IMO he wouldn't mind playing him in the playoffs & SB but not the division.

I want RG3 but I don't think most people are saying signing Manning is a bad thing. Manning and RG3 is like selecting between a Filet and a NY Strip...I only take issue with those who suggest we have a hamburger instead...

That video is inconclusive. Also, not ONCE during the presser did Manning say he's healthy.

Let's be real here, if Manning was even close to 100%, there's no presser today and the Colts are talking about Manning under center, Luck behind him, to start the season.

I don't think so. Colts had a "perfect storm" of sorts this off-season with so many FAs and the #1 pick. Time was ripe for a change

PM is a competitor and will go where he feels the most comfortable playing, it doesnt matter what division.

Any chance that Manning signs with someone today?

I know you didn't ask me but I doubt it. He should make his rounds check out each facility and make his decision. Someone will give him the money he's looking for.

What I wonder is how many teams already were in touch with the Agent and could there already be a deal in place with some team? say the Skins and an agreement to bring on board specific players he wanted to have brought here with him when FA starts? Only then would we see him sign something so quick.

If me and my brother both played quarterback in the NFL, I would relish the opportunity to play him twice a year in the same division. I would think most brothers feel the same way. Was Demarcus Ware breathing down his neck? No. Everyone looks great when there's no pass rush. Oh..and how do you figure he's going to hold up with our shaky o-line? Sorry but I just can't invest in a 36 year old qb who sat out a year cause he had to have multiple neck procedures that sucked the life out of his arm. Too risky. Again, why can't we just go out and get our own guy? Build around him for the next 12-15 years...like all the other winning organizations do.

My point is Montana had the same surgery and took some serious hits and he did fine. They say every year several players have this surgery. I thought several had the same surgery last year and only PM was the one not playing. If there was any situation where the doctors felt his neck surgery put him in a postition to be paralized or break on a serious hit they wouldn't clear him.

Interesting note by Rich Cimini that the Jets could save $9 million by cutting Sanchez this offseason (before March 28 I believe).
