why add imo? if you're posting it, it should be your opinion. just saying...
Some people here think that if you dont put IMO behind all of your posts, then you are force feeding your ideas down others throats as if what you said was fact. Its all about being politically correct nowadays, and if your view is considered incorrect or doesnt match up with theirs, then by golly you are just being downright rude, unless you add an IMO, IMO.

Mike Shanahan's interviews are awesome.
I'm srurprised he didn't slip in a: 'for obvious reasons' in the interview he managed to sneak in a 'best chance to win' right there at the end.
But what does anyone expect him to say?
He's already proven he'll literally say anything yet tell nothing.

Timing of injuries might matter more than who gets injured. The Giants had a ton of defensive injuries in the preseason, and their defense in the regular season was awful enough to have kept them out, but their defense in the playoffs was good enough to win it.
The Giants couldn't have won the super bowl (maybe not even made the playoffs) if all those preseason injuries happened during the season.
How about the Pack last year????? Had the most on IR of any team.

Considering the Super Bowl's final score wasn't exactly a display of offense, maybe Shanahan isn't too far off. But, like others have said, what is he supposed to say exactly?

What the hell do you want him to say in public on a dumb little interview?
I would expect Shanahan not to sound like Zorn. :D

Shanahan says a lot of things, and I don't put much stock into half of them.
Exactly, don't give anything Shanahan says between January and April any stock. This doesn't impact anything going forward. He's already acknowledged a need for a franchise QB, #1 WR and he called Helu a nice 'change of pace back' which could be an indication that he is looking at a feature back (Hillis perhaps?) as well.

People need to worry more about what Shanny does and less about what he says. I don't give a damn what he tells reporters in an interview. The fact that they are trying to trade up for RG3 and looking at Peyton speaks volumes to what he really thinks. Any time Shanny gets cornered by a reporter between now and the draft they are going to get nonsense from him meant to divert attention from his true intentions.
