Feeling lazy...so who dat?He filled in for Trent Williams when he got suspended. He was an undrafted rookie but wound up doing a decent job against some very tough pass rushers.

The fact of the matter is the Redskins gave the Saints a 3rd rounder for Brown. He has not stayed healthy for a full season since joining the Redskins. If Brown can't stay healthy, then we have to plug in someone else. Polumbus and Willie Smith have impressed. If the Redskins do draft a RT, and I believe we will, then that's more youth in the line-up. Brown is 31 years old and has been proven to not be able to stay healthy. Hell, we should have kept that 3rd round pick from 2010.I read this week that Brown is trying something new to help his hip - yoga. I read that article. I'm all for a healthy Jamaal Brown playing an entire season. But the question is, can he? That hip is probably never going to be fully healed for as long as he's playing football, but he's trying hard to overcome that injury. Yoga and Tai Chi would stabilize the injury and get it to the point where it's not easily aggravated. But if he's loses time in 2012 for this same hip injury, then what?

Actually, I would not have known anything about him if it wasn't for that Q & A.
