Oh you mean like in the TCU game where he had 350 yards passing, 5 TDs and more long bombs completed than you can shake a stick at? That kind of shorter throw?!

DB: Glad you asked SkinzWin

Skinzwin: "I didn't ask"

DB: BECAUSE IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT IN MY POSSESSION I.....POSSESS A VIDEO OF THAT VERY GAME *

Skinzwin: "I didn't even remotely ask you that"

:( I'm not trying to be a jerk. I'm just passing on what was in my "NEW" draft magazine. There was positives you could be proud of, there were negatives I think were fair, and the bottom line was positive and truthfull.

Don't hate the messenger hate the message.

But he had great stats at Baylor, and everyone knows huge numbers in college always translate into success in the NFL. How dare you come in here with that weak sauce!

This whole story is frustrating. Coaches have to motivate players. These are grown ass men who get paid to play a game. Somtimes they need additional encentive. Im okay with players getting a bonus for performance made by team members. Not injurying players but making great plays.

Washington Post is some punk a$$ Biotches! They couldn't wait to link the Redksins to this story... They really need to get over their hate for Snyder.

Ah so it's 44, XXVI, and NC who have chosen to take on the world.

In all seriousness though it's not just about the numbers. The ease in which he completes deep passes is scary. Maybe even scarier then his speed. It's like while he was at Baylor every 4th or 5th pass went for more then 20 yards and we're not talking screens and slants that went for big gains, I'm talking about streaks, out and ups, comebacks, post, corners etc. The big boy throws.

I'm actually all in on RGIII. I just understand why why some people have concerns. So many sure things have gone on to fail in the NFL. I hope we get him, and I hope our long national nightmare ends;). I just wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't pan out. No one should.

Ty Detmer threw a mean deep ball too;)

I'd be willing to bet that this still goes on around the league. I have no problem with it. Trying to knock out the other teams best player has been around since the start of football. Again, as long as the hits are legal, and the ones against Farve and Warner were legal, then I have no problem with it. Of course Mr. Stiff Suit himself (Roger G.) is going to think differently.

This is exactly right. Taking the other teams best player out with a nice clean hit has been in football since day one. When has it not been there? We did it when I played. Jerry Glanvile, Bum Phillips, Buddy Ryan and many other coaches put bounty's out or just plain verbal challenges to take out opposing players all the time. But they did with the intention of doing it with a clean hit. Not dirty.

The media and the NFL FO is making a big deal out this because of all the concussion law suits. The main reason I say this is New Orleans during the time of this so called pay to play is/was not known as a dirty team. Shanahan's Denver teams ended the season for several defensive players with chop blocks that were seen as dirty. The Raiders teams of the 70's and 80's were tough and dirty. New Orleans? Not so much.
I think Goddell is trying to make a big deal about the money and saying it bypassed the salary cap. BS! This just makes for good PR for Goddell and the NFL right as the concussion law suits against the NFL will be starting.
For all the hypocrites that think this is so wrong, remember the times in frustration when you screamed at the TV for our Redskins to kill and knock the head off of Romo, Eli, Vick, Staubach, Simms, etc....

Well heres a funny coincidence. And by funny I mean hilarious.

I'm not buying it. As many games Peyton Manning has been in over his career, that 2006 game against the Redskins couldn't have been the first game where players were trying to hurt him. It was mentioned in a separate article on profootballtalk.com that the bounty or bounties on Manning began when Gregg Williams was the Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator. Tennessee and Indianapolis have played each other in the same division since 2002.
