Luck won't be the only talented QB in the NFL Maybe 'character' isn't the word. But, it will 'say something' when the deal he gets elswhere compares to the one IND offered and Garcon leaves. I'd assume IND is willing to negotiate to keep a solid WR to go with their shiny new QB. And factoring in the cap savings with Manning outsed, something likely will be worked out.
