Map of the National Football League (NFL) Teams (http://geography.about.com/library/weekly/aa042700d.htm)

Looking at this map, I see the Boise Spuds coming soon.

Map doesn't have Houston listed. FOR SHAME!!

That's funny because if someone were to ask me to name all of the NFL teams, I'd probably forget them or the Jaguars.

No reason why, the Texans just seem to rarely be in the media.

Virginia Destroyers. Their not sure what's going to happen to the UFL anyway might as well incorporate those teams. Their already in place, and already have players.

The state of "Virginia" will......fair well when the negative slang terms begin to be contrived.

The NFL had enough teams when there were 28 teams back in the day. Now 34 teams will be in the league? That's too many. 32 teams are enough.

^ I remember when there were less teams but the divisions were bigger by one team. It was nice when we were;

Redskins
Giants
Dallas
Eagles
Cardinals

I specifically put the Cards last cause thats where they were every year :0

Edit: for this reason alone I'd take on more teams so each division could go back to 5.

I have lived in Richmond my whole life and have always loved the idea of having a major sports franchise here. I just don't think it will ever happen. We have been through a litany of minor league teams.

The most well-known of these, the Richmond Braves AAA affiliate of the Atlanta Braves just moved out of town because the a-hole city council couldn't get its act together to build a new stadium. We have also had hockey, Richmond Renegades, Richmond Riverdogs, Richmond Renegades 2.0, several arena league football teams. But none of them have stuck.

I think Richmond is a bit too small market of a team with allegiances divided between DC, NC, and MD. I would love for this to happen one day but I doubt it ever will.
