Both, actually.
I said the same thing last year when my cohorts were all saying we were going to trade up for Blaine Gabbert. Though I caved at the last minute because Houston Chronicle's John McLain swayed my opinion.
John McClain.....he can be pretty persuasive. Just ask Hans and Simon Gruber :D
But yeah I agree with you. Between the staff coaching at the Senior Bowl, the emphasis on scouting, and a host of other factors I see them trading down before they trade up.

Minority as in minority among the rest of us average Joes, or in the minority among your colleagues?
Also what is the asking price for Hoyer. Even if it was only a third rounder it would still be odd to use both a second and a third on two different QB prospects even if you trade down from 6 to acquire more picks.
You're better off not knowing but if you really want to know you can check out Alvin Walton's first few post in the Super Happy Fun Thread.
I don't know what the asking price might be. Maybe we could give them back the picks we got for Haynesworth :)

Let's say we go Tannehill/Foles/Cousins in round 2, what do we do round 1 if we stay at 6? Who do we prefer Smoot? Blackmon or Claiborne? Chances are one of them will be there at 6 and if one person tells me they both will be gone I will blow up their house and revive The Never Ending Thread.

Smoot, is there any talk of using Helu as a bargaining chip?

Tough to say, but probably Claiborne since they expect to make some moves for WR during free agency.
If we stay at 6, and he's not taken yet, I think Claiborne is probably at the top of our list. Or they may go with someone like Riley Reiff
I know a lot of people think they'd just take Tannehill at #6, but I've never thought that. And, for various reasons, I'm starting to have some doubts on just how much they really like him.

For a brief second there was. But not anymore I don't think. He really isn't much of a bargaining chip actually.
Orakpo is the main bargaining chip as far as current players

Am I the only one would be upset with a 1st round top 10 pick OT?

Depends on what the other picks are, but generally speaking it wouldn't be the worst thing we could do.

I mean if there's nothing else left... (No WR, QB, and we can't trade back), I guess I wouldnt be upset because at least we're addressing the offense.. but I think we have much bigger needs. I certainly want to address the offensive line, but its certainly not what I would like to see out of the sixth pick.
