Weird coincidences;
Weeden is 6ft-4in and wears the #3. Kinda obvious folks.... 6th pick of the draft in the 4th month, and.... #3? he'll be the 3rd QB taken. ;)

Remember when we took Landry over Peterson in 2007 at pick 6 because we had Portis? Yes I'm putting them in the same class if Richardson is there at 6 and we can't trade down I take him. In this whole class the two best non-qbs when it's all said and done will be Trent Richardson and Morris Claiborne and I wouldn't cry uf we got either.
And the Vikings still blow. RB is the least impactful position there is. They were just as good with Toby what's his face in there. No way I take any RB at 6. They're always dinged up and have a very short shelf life. Young and cheap is the way to go with RBs. The ones we have are fine.

Least impactful position? Really? Next topic.

Italics indicates who you voted for. Tannehill is in italics for me.
Yes, I voted for that famous FA, Other! His name is in italics on my survey results.

I am saying if we stay at 6.
You are probably right about staying at six or trading down, but Shanahan is hard to predict. Plus I keep seeing this story which I find puzzling. Not sure if it means we trade up to get RGIII, or that we are trading for a FA QB, or perhaps it means nothing at all (smoke screen).

I hope the Landry haters don't see this!:lol: They will be using it as ammunition against poor Laron. In fact, I have already seen a post that suggests Redskins should draft the best safety we can find with our first pick.

Well, I will say this. If Weeden has a nice showing at the Senior bowl and a good combine, I don't see how he would drop to the 3rd round.
