How about Dungy
Good example, but he probably does not win without Peyton Manning. But he did win one, so he deserves some credit for that.

Saw this poll in the Washington Post.
When will the Redskins win another Super Bowl? - Post User Polls - The Washington Post (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-user-polls/post/when-will-the-redskins-win-another-super-bowl/2012/01/25/gIQA97cNRQ_blog.html)
Interesting to see the low percentage of Redskin fans who actually believe that we will win a Super Bowl within the next five years.

One can say, he didn't win without the Hoggs. :oink:
...but yeah, to win the Super Bowl with 3 different QBs is pretty damn amazing.

That is amazing but back in the day the league wasnt as QB/pass driven as it is today. Teams were much more run first than they are today and Gibbs had a huge O-lins and a great RB in Riggo and very good RBs in Riggs & Byner.
