How is that it takes 4 years to take these animals to court? What is wrong with the state of Florida?

^ indeed.
Edit: when we were playing against NE and Gro was tearing up our defense, I thought to myself, it would not be possible if Sean was still here. I cannot help but think of Sean from time to time. I am amazed by the fact that I never had met Sean and yet he made such impact on me and everybody else.

I know the main charge to these alleged criminals and murders is murder which has no statute of limitations. But some of the lesser charges like robbery has a limit. Below is the state of Florida Statute of limitations:
Offense Designation Time Limitation
3rd Degree Felony 3 years
2nd Degree Felony 3 years
1st Degree Felony 4 years
Life Felony None
Capital Felony None

i am by no means a lawyer, but i have seen almost every episode of law and order. i'm pretty sure the statute of limitations applies to charges being filed, not the length of the trail. so these guys have all been charged and i would think the statute of limitations would not apply.
