My first post WP.
Sean Taylor forever!!!!!!
I would like to see justice for the Taylor/Redskin families but idk how there can be. IMO, no sentences for the ones on trial could repay/replace what the world lost. But the way I see it is, if a Miami hero is killed in Miami and those guilty are sentenced to a Miami prison, well,.... I'll be sure to get the mailing address and send some pink laced panties addressed to those found guilty- No lube. (I apologize for enabling/encouraging forced male orgies(hopefully)).
HTTR and all 'Skins families
Greetings SH, welcome to the WP and you will find that Fl prisons are a ...........serious place.

Sucks that his family can't get closure on this.
~~~~~~~~
I was thinking the same thing. As Redskins fans we still mourn him and most of us never knew him personally. I cannot imagine what his familyl has been feeling these last few years.
The world does not need more vigilante justice.
Ask Trayvon Martin's family about that...
It just needs more........Justice
For the ninth time, the trial for one of four men has been postponed.... Why the hell did the judge let this drag that long?
Fort Hood terrorist still not on trial 4 years later either...
Sometimes I can't figure this judicial system out. Some cases are open and shut right away...others drag on forever with no justice being done. Makes me sick.
ST would have been 30 yesterday.
You can't get the death penalty unless it was a planned murder. This wasn't a planned murder, Sean wasn't even supposed to be home that night so the death penalty is out of the question. .I believe you're right about needing premeditation. But if I were a judge (horror), I would say: They did plan to break and enter and trespass, and did so. They did plan to bring a gun, and they murdered a man with said gun (as charged, innocent till actually guilty) that would be enough premeditation for me to seek the death penalty.
I agree, IMO the act of packing the gun to commit an incredibly serious and dangerous crime makes and creates premeditation.
That would be like me packing a gun to confront someone that I might potentially fight with, my expectation if I did this is I might need and use the gun.Why else would I take the gun? Taking the gun is a premeditated act.
