Thing was he did'nt make the claim,he was being interveiwed and the reporter ask if he thinks he should be counted in the QB elite of the NFL, he said yes.......guess he was right. Like the Cardinals from a couple of years ago. Unbelievable. Very happy for Justin Smith (of course) and Alex Smith. Pleasantly surprised I suppose by Jim Harbaugh. We've seen a lot of coaches have great first seasons then disappear so I'm not going to crown him yet.
