This is a no brainer, Fisher will go to Rams over Miami because Rams already have a franchise QB he can work with. Miami is a career ender.

Actually I thought Gomes gave us a pretty good season. Hard to believe Yates would have beat Grossman out in a straight competition. But hey hindsight works wonders.This is a pretty good anti-Yates argument.
Still, the inability to put anyone good on the roster at the QB position is a simple indication that the Redskins expected to be playing meaningful games right down to Week 17. For the second straight year. That's the only logical defense for not drafting someone who can play the position late in a lost season.

Detroit better beef up that D come off-season. It's horrible. Even the run defense, which is surprising seeing how good that D-line is.It kept them in the postseason picture for most of the season. They had no running game and an inconsistent week to week passing game. They just got manhandled up front today by the Saints OL, exposing an athletically weak secondary.
