No big shocker, but apparently Irsay has his mind made up on Luck:

I wouldn't be surprised if the Colts drafted Luck since he's projected to be the first drafted off the boards. Manning's future is uncertain. He simply hasn't shown that he's ready to return and he's 36 years of age. But it's a long time between now and training camp and Manning could very well be healthy enough to play by then. But you have to look at Manning's age, and you also have to be concerned about the future of your team. That's why drafting Luck makes sense.

I guess they won't bother listening to our offers now for Luck
