Anything negotiated prior to that is tampering and also teams can't franchise a player with the idea of trading him. So, if I'm a team wanting Flynn, I refuse to give them anything and then report them to the league for the violation. I believe GTripp had some positive things to say about him, which is rare :P. I see him in the Jason Campbell, Orton level of QB. Now that I think about it he might be a better option than Orton, cheaper. maybe higher ceiling too To me Henne has a hell of a lot more upside than Orton. Last time I saw Henne he was carving up New England's defense for over 400 yards. I know NE has a poor defense but still, the guy has talent. Orton? Below average talent.
