Guy just confused him with Gabbert.

I am glad we did not get that kid. We would have been worse off with him at QB and no Kerrigan.

Yes, i mentioned it before but MS doesn't get enough credit for not drafting Gabbert.

I think that who we draft at #6 may depend on who we sign in Free Agency. If we sign Matt Flynn then I think we may just trade down and load up on more draft picks.

The fact that so little information has come out of Redskins Park about the Redskins' possible interest in Flynn tells me that the Skins might be more interested in him than we know. When Mike Shanahan drafted Cutler for Denver, Shanahan gave little indication beforehand of his interest in Cutler.

As for the young QB's in the draft, I see little difference in the skill sets of RGIII and Tannehill. The primary difference, to me, is that RGIII throws a better deep ball than Tannehill. The other difference between the two, in regard to the draft, is that we wouldn't need to move up to get Tannehill, as we would with RGIII. That would cost us draft picks. To me, at this stage of our rebuild, we need all of the draft picks we can get, so I think I would target Tannehill instead of RGIII.

Also, I'm not yet convinced that either St. Louis or Minnesota would move out of the #2 and #3 slots with Blackmon and Kalil on the board unless they received a bounty of picks to do so and I don't think we're in a position to offer one of those teams what it would take to move up.

To answer the question about what to do with the #6 pick: First, sign Matt Flynn and Dwayne Bowe in FA. Then, in the draft, trade down from #6 and pick up another 2nd Round pick. Load up on Big Uglies (OL and DL), DB's, and ILB's, and draft a developmental QB.

Here is what the Falcons paid to move up 21 spots last year:

In exchange for getting the sixth pick, Atlanta gave the Browns five -- five! -- draft picks: their 1st- (27th overall), second- (59th) and fourth-round (124th) picks this year and their first- and fourth-round picks in 2012.

I would be happy to secure RG3 by trading up to the 2nd overall pick in exchange for our 6th overall pick, our 3rd round pick, our 4th round pick and next year's 1st round pick. If possible?

I am just looking forward to watching him finish out his first career, and hoping he will continue to be the great player and leader he is for a few more years. Would be curious to know whether he is thinking of coaching someday.

I can guarantee fletcher is gonna coach somewhere, and college seems to be a perfect fit for his personality, but who knows.
