Bring in the right players and have a good draft and they might be contenders. However I think Marty would be best for them because of his "get back to basics" of playing and details. Hiring Marty would mean changing from the WCO and basically "rebuild" should be the word used. If nothing else get Marty for a 5 yr deal, let him build a team to see what he can do.
