I believe that the Rams do not have an "out" in their lease until 2014 so if they covet a return to LA, they will have to hope for a lot of hemming and hawing on the negotiations to get a team there. It's 2012 bro maybe their thinking ahead. If St Louis will not give them more money or a new stadium then maybe they are planning on being ready to move into a new stadium in LA in 2014.
