Kyle stays.
JH could get the axe if they feel a stronger candidate is out there, but I still think he stays.
I think any changes will be minor, a few assistants moving on perhaps.
I agree, the only thing worse than the Skins lack of talent is their lack of continuity. This organization will never be successful until they give people more than 3 or 4 years in a job. Successful organizations dont turn over coaches every few years.

I'd agree to pork Rosie O'Donnel if we got rid of Kyle.

Tom is a good coach, don't get me wrong, but it seems that since the super bowl year the team does the same exact thing year after years...they never hit it big with a 12 win season. It always seems as though they either collapse at the end of the year or just pull it out. If you ask me, Tom is coaching for his job on Sunday.
Just so I understand this ...you want Shannahan to have 5 years(not a winning one in his first 3) ,yet Coughlin has'nt had a losing season ...except his very first with the Giants ....and you think we need a new coach. As I have stated before I was not a big supporter of TC but I believe this year might be his best coaching job yet between injuries and personel turnover.

Two words of caution for you: strap-on.

My guess.....
Matt LaFleur QB's coach. Why? because.... bum, bum baaaaaaaa
the team has learned P.Manning won't play next year because the team is going to take Luck. On top of that he knows it's risky for him to play with his neck not being 100% so he's decided to take on a coaching job in order to stay close to football.
So the team is cutting Lafleur and bringing in a master mind at QB to coach up whoever we draft or bring in.
Taa Daa.
Seriously.... I have no idea. But it sounded good. Maybe it's a better OL coach?

I don't think you guys are looking at this the right way ,....if JH goes it might be for another job ....not that he's getting the ax.He has HC experience and there might be offers out there he is interested in.
Wait... your saying some team out there is interested in Haslett? with Gruden and many others out there who should be taken first? ... or is Gruden waiting for the Giants position to open up?

NFL.com news: Gruden insists he's staying with ESPN as 'MNF' analyst (http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d82591c5c/article/gruden-insists-hes-staying-with-espn-as-mnf-analyst?module=HP11_headline_stack)
They have a solid Monday Night team. He LOOKS like he is having a good time. I am sure he enjoys the Sub-hundred hour weeks as well.....

Umm, outside of NY-ville many rumors are cough, cough, Coughlin's job is on the line. Honestly I wouldn't get rid of him cause I think he has done a decent job in NY, maybe not recently but he's doing the best he can with what he has. It still is better then what the Skins have.
But to answer your question? yes. MS should be given his whole 5 yrs cause Cerrato had 10 yrs to make it what it is now so giving a HC 5 yrs to fix what our old GM took 10 yrs to ruin is not uncalled for. Besides, the longer your in ruin the longer it will take to fix the problem. The Giants were not in too bad a shape prior to Coughlin so when he came in he didn't have to do too much to right the ship. Shanahan has basically had to "rebuild" even though he has denied wishing to use the "rebuild" word.
