Everytime I hit the ' key it brings up the find feature. Anyone know why the ' key could set off such a problem? Don't see any options to remap keys.

TheMalcolmConnection 01-25-2005, 11:47 PM Firefox beats the hell out of IE though. BDBohnzie 01-26-2005, 12:21 PM definitely...only time I use IE is when i absolutely have to, and since i downloaded the ieview extension, i just right click on the page and have it open in IE... the best extension ever is Adblock...allows you to block annoying ads...quite handy, especially for those lowermybills.com ones that open popups... TheMalcolmConnection 01-26-2005, 12:34 PM You should download SpywareBlaster and Spybot and make sure you use the immunize function constantly. I've never had spyware on my computer ever. cpayne5 01-26-2005, 01:43 PM I've never had spyware on my computer ever. lol, you must scan your computer for spyware more than you surf. TheMalcolmConnection 01-26-2005, 02:34 PM Dude, seriously, it's what I do as a career. NEVER, ever had it on my computer (currently). On my older computer, before I knew what was up, I had it a lot. Since that's the main thing I work on where I work, I know how to prevent it and how to get rid of it. I scan my computer once every month. The main thing to know is to not download most free programs (there's a reason they are free) and to basically not browse porn sites (most of them anyway ;) ) With those two programs, you'll keep your shit squeaky clean. SKINSnCANES 01-27-2005, 12:17 AM i tired firefox but im not a big fan. so many sites that i go to dont function properly in firefox and it annoys the hell out of me. I dont really like ie but atleast it loads the pages. I use opera a lot. It also doesnt load everysite the right way, but i really like a lot of the features it comes with. TheMalcolmConnection 01-27-2005, 01:05 AM The bad thing is, the second that everyone switches to Firefox, the spyware people will start writing bullshit for it.
