I suspect they'll give him a deal with considerable stipulations in place. But there will be other offers from other teams that may not be as worried about giving him such a contract.
But it'll be really interesting come this offseason when they're negotiating with Davis and with Landry (who, and I don't like to speculate, but I'm pretty confident in this info, is one strike away from 3)
Landry? Interesting.
Not sure what I would do w/ LL. Really, just what has he done to earn a big payday?
He's got tremendous potential but what has he actually done?

Is this a rhetorical question? I don't really know how to answer you

Is this a rhetorical question? I don't really know how to answer youIt's not an intentionally rhetorical question. Really, it just seems like the Redskins are struggling to manage their younger players compared to other teams. But I also know how that can be a perception that isn't reality.
Is every team facing the same challenges the Redskins are w/failed drug tests? My assumption is that they are.

As long as they don't start testing the fans. Watching this team sober is unbearable. :cool-smil

Every team has problems, some more than others. It's not specific to just the Redskins

Trent was drafted too high (pun) thus makes too much money for this type of a letdown. Davis too, to a lesser degree. I'm dissapointed with them. They can't be depended on.

wat a joke. **** goodell
Huh? I'm not really a fan of Goodell, but I certainly don't fault the man for suspending a guy after 3 failed drug tests. As a matter of fact, I'm sure the language for these sort of suspensions is in the new CBA, which the NFLPA agreed to.
