I've said this many times before and I'll probably be repeating this many times again;
You hit on the right QB and suddenly all those holes disappear on both Offense and Defense.

They do disappear. That's why I say go get RGIII. In my opinion Tannehill/Foles/Weeden/Cousins/Wilson will all be average to below average.

In my opinion Tannehill/Foles/Weeden/Cousins/Wilson will all be average to below average.It's really unlikely that all those guys won't make the grade (I'd even take "the field" over RG3, given the choice), but unless we get a combine riser from that group, it's fair to say that none of that group will look the part of a first rounder on draft day.
I mean, sometimes, you trade up for a combine riser and get Jay Cutler or Joe Flacco, other times you get Alex Smith or Mark Sanchez. It's a known risk level with Tannehill/Foles/Weeden/Cousins et al.

brown is awful, it's time for him to go. I think the line was better without him, though I do think getting a good RT (draft) or OG (like grubbs) would do wonders for the OL.

I agree. Landing a franchise QB makes a lot of difference.

Yes. Just look at the Colts. Their roster appeared to have far more holes without Manning than it did with him.
A big-time QB makes every position on the team better.
