SFREDSKIN 11-18-2011, 02:09 PM Gotta agree with Carlos...this place was run into the ground by a couple sh*theads who obviously didnt know sh*t about football ake Danny Boy and Vinny. They made poor personel moves and coaching moves which contributed to an environment of choas. Alotta players here didnt deserve the paychecks they got. Shoulda never let him go, know he's a damn probowler and we are stuck with D Hall and Wilson, both inferior. We deserve the hate sometimes.
I second that!! He's bitter because Hall was given a huge contract instead of him, that was the writing on the wall that he wasn't going to be kept. I don't care that he dropped balls, at least he could cover and tackle. You can create turn overs and get burned all day or have someone who can prevent catches. Now he can do both while we are stuck with a couple of average guys.
skinsfan69 11-18-2011, 02:10 PM Carlos is a punk bitch and that's why I've never liked him, he has always trashed the redskins, the team that gave him the chance at the NFL.. Of course he can talk shit hid team is 8-1 and we r 3-6
Wouldn't you trash your employer if you were a good performer for them, and they bought in someone from the outside to do your same job, and paid him more than you? Even though that person was perhaps not as good? You'd pretty pretty pissed too. Right? Think how Carlos felt when he watched Hall try and tackle Jake Delhomme. lol.
Ruhskins 11-18-2011, 02:11 PM D Hall's contract was ****ing stupid. Same reasons. His past performance was not enough to justify it. But Vinny is like Jerruh: letting someone walk to another team is a crime, even if he's not that good. He probably didn't even bother to bring up DHall's awful half of a season in Oakland in the negotiations.
Well MS and Haslett have kept him for two seasons so they should share the blame as well if this is such a big issue.
skinsfan69 11-18-2011, 02:12 PM While the culture here might not have been the greatest thing for players here, 'Los has no place to talk.
Hey 'Los, if you had caught the damn ball while you were here, we would have paid you. Nobody gives out a second contract based on "potential improvement". They give them out based on past performance, even Albert Haynesworth had two great years we stupidly signed him. You didn' even do that. You were the same 'ol "pretty good" cover guy who couldn't make a big play when there were PRIME opportunities to do so.
What would you rather have your corner do. Catch Int's? Or cover and tackle? Sorry but a corners first job is to cover. Right?

Thank you. That's what a corner is suppose to do first.

They couldn't justify giving him a big contract like Hall's, most teams have a star CB who makes the big money. Hall is your star CB. LOL.

I think a good player works their ass off to improve their game and then moves on from the organization. He didn't need to sulk around and leave the way he left the team. Also, it is my understanding that Rogers wanted a lot of money, when his production didn't warrant it. Rogers wanted to get playmaker money and not solid player money. Maybe if he would have performed the way he is performing with the 49ers, he'd be the unquestionable #1 corner with a good contract. But he didn't, so boo-f*cking-hoo.

When he saw what Hall got I would say he wanted the same, especially since he's a better CB than Hall.

Carlos wanted to get paid like he did both, and he didn't.

Hall did.
