I'm like Lotus, I want to watch every play & get pissed if I miss some. Even in 2003, as brutal as that was, I still had to watch. Even bad teams have a few good games that make it fun, e.g. the dallas game in 06 when ST returned the blocked field goal to set up the game winner. Great game, terrible season.
we also have new faces to root for & hopefully see our future, Helu, Hankerson, Hurt, Kerrigan. Maybe we'll add Crompton to that list by years end?!

Regardless of the score this will be probably one of the most boring games this Sunday. I personally will not be watching unless I have absolutely nothing to do and by absolutely nothing to do that includes picking up every leaf in my yard by hand.
The Skins/Dolphins game will not be "a game for the ages" by any stretch of the imagination, but you do need to check the NFL schedule for this weekend. There are some BAD games on the list:
Indy/Jax
Denver/KC
St. Louis/Cleveland

Back in the day before Sunday Ticket, web sites, etc., it was almost impossible to follow the Skins if you lived outside of the DMV area. You may have gotten a few measly highlights and a paragraph story in the Monday paper.
I still remember those dark days so I am grateful to have the access that I have now and I don't want to take that access for granted.
And you are right - even in the worst seasons there are a few fun games or at least fun plays in bad games.

It's like many things in life...you enjoy it more if you keep the expectation bar set very low. :)

Very true I grew up in RI and I use to subscribe to a magazine called the Warpath, I longed for it each month and I think it came weekly during the season. My dad would go on business trips to DC and always bring me back every sports section of the WaPost during the days he was there. I would pour through each one of them.
Doesn't Miami play well on the road though?
I guess, but this one's in Miami
