The only vaguely unbiased news outlet I recommend is al Jazeera as their bias is blatant and easily filtered. A very good source for news, in all seriousness.

No US outlet is untainted.

NPR : National Public Radio : News & Analysis, World, US, Music & Arts : NPR (http://www.npr.org/)

Al Jazeera is one of the most bias.

Examples?

Al Jazeera is one of the most bias.

Every moslem suicide bomber is referred to as a 'martyr'.

There are many more, but this nugget always infuriates me.

I'll make an effort to listen to NPR some time, but the sound of the interviewer/host almost put me to sleep last time.

Most people believe it to be the other way around.Do you have anything to back up this latest assertion of yours?

I do love my NPR. Especially morning edition and science fridays. I am not surprised about bias in the news. All of our media outlets, at least the major ones, are corporations and whether they swing left or right all corporations have an agenda.

Bill O'Reilly GOES CRAZY In EPIC SEGMENT. This Is BULL BLANK. (O'Reilly vs Colmes) - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qEenpJ0XCL4)

Glen Beck was also on CNN/HLN at one point. He may have actually been on CNN for a longer time period than he was on Fox.

The truth is MSNBC is much more opinionated than anyother news source, including the evil Fox News. Something even more telling is this quote:

Not coincidentally, MSNBC also spends by far the least producing its news: some $240 million in 2012, according to an estimate by SNL Kagan. CNN spent $682 million, while Fox led the pack with an outlay of $820 million.

There are a few reasons why Fox is so popular:
Smoking hot news anchors (http://www.foxnewsgirls.com/)
Extremely high quality journalism and excellent production, compared to competitors
Conservative bias, in a world where ever other media outlet has a liberal bias
