Updated Title: Redskins Add DT Balmer/WR Anderson; Cut Stallworth/Scott

Real question is who is getting cut. Obviously there is a problem at the WR spot if they are bringing in yet another WR.

Yeah, I too am disappointed that he hasn't shown up. But fielding and then fumbling a punt at the three yard line has nothing to do with the guys around him.
