Not in my eyes. I think Landry Jones would look good in burgundy and gold. His numbers so far this year:
rating 156.0
comp pct 67.6
yards 2177
ypa 8.6
TD 16
INT 6
The thing I don't like about Landry Jones' prospects with the Skins is, he is a career 20% passer outside the pocket. Between our o-line and his inaccuracies outside the pocket, I can see him really struggling in Shanny's roll out/boot leg system.

Haven't watched any OK football, but has Landry Jones regressed? I thought most analysts considered him just behind Luck.
There's alot of football left to be played this year. My guess is we'll draft in the 13-17 range. If so, we could potentially move up to a top 5 or 6 and the cost wouldn't kill us. It helps that the worst teams don't need qb's.
Indi, Car, St Louis don't need a qb but each could and might take Luck. I don't think Carolina would but Indi and St Louis might.
The only way I can imagine St. Louis drafting a QB is if Bradford has a career ending injury. They have enough other needs that overshadow QB like their oline and a potential heir to S. Jackson among other things.
I'm not a fan of the "athlete" QB but there's just something about Griffin that makes me like him. It's amazing how accurate he is, how well he throws on the move and how smart he is. To me, it's:
Luck
Barkley
Griffin
Jones
Everyone else
I'm still not sold on Moore as a franchise qb, but I'd be fine with adding him as a later round pick as insurance.

What about the idea of trying to sign Matt Flynn? He's a FA after this season and has looked pretty good in very limited action. I don't see how the Packers could afford to keep him nor why he would want re-sign when he could start elsewhere.

Unless Beck tears it up and gets us into the playoff's , I would like for the Skins to add a F/A Qb and draft one in rd 1 or 2 . Flynn would be aguy Im sure they will consider . I wish I could play Qb at this level and lead the Skins ...... I would be the most popular guy on the Warpath !!!

If you sign Flynn, it's probably going to be for big money or at least pretty big money, so that might negate the likelihood of drafting a qb early. Although that could lead to the addition of a guy like Blackmon or if Fletcher leaves/retires, Vontaze Burfict.

The bottom line is if Rex or Beck dont play well this season then we are going to struggle for the next few years. Even if we draft a QB in the 1st or 2nd rd he will be a rookie and rookies dont fair well their 1st year in the league. You do get exceptions to this like Joe Flaco and Matt Ryan but thats far and few in between. I hope Beck can step up and play well enough that the rookie we do draft for the future won't have to play for a few years. Can Beck hold down the job or even be a NFL stater for us. I guess Sunday will see how he starts his on the job training.

Why not Landry Jones?Because he obviously don't know anything about football. Landry Jones is the second best qb in this draft.

Russell Wilson, 5th year senior and transfer from NC State. From my hometown of Richmond. Went to Collegiate (a private school). ESPN had a really good show about him. He is playing really well for the Badgers this year.

ESPN's 'Depth Chart' offers inside look at Russell Wilson, Wisconsin (http://content.usatoday.com/communities/campusrivalry/post/2011/10/russell-wilson-wisconsin-espn-depth-chart/1) The man only 5'11. He's way to small to play qb in this league.

Yea that is the big thing about him. The scouts are reminded of Brees for his brain and his skills and motion
