No Jamal Charles has produced big time ford hasn't not the same thing bro
Let's start from the top.
Argument
Jacoby Ford has 9 catches out of all games this season(6)
That means he averages 1.5 catches a game
Therefore he is average.
Problem here is that averages don't count games the player doesn't participate in. Ford averages 2.25 catches per in each game was eligible to play.
So, even though Ford has been deemed ineligible for 2 games this season, they should count against him.
So, why don't we apply this to everyone else and not just Ford? I don't care if it's Peyton Manning or JaMarcus Russell. Stats like yards per game are meant to be objective measures. So, should every "per game" stat like catches per game or yards per game count only if the player is active or should it be that every game his team players, even if he is inactive? You can't have it one way for every "unknown" and then favor every superstar with a different stat.
