Who is the guard from the Giants that is recovering from knee surgery. I think it is Rich Seubert. I wonder how he is doing and if he would fit our system. I know he said he would be ready to play mid season.

Look, guys go down and get hurt. It sucks like hell, but that's the NFL. Our line played quite well yesterday after losing both Trent and Licht. Someone will step up.

I think Kory got cheap shoted (yes its a word), because when they showed on TV the play in slow motion it showed Kory clearly standing up walking down the field. Then there was a pick..go figure..then the camera cut away. The next shot was trent shoving and fighting with the eagles and kory laying on the ground. I want to see the replays because I really think thats what happened.

I want to see the replay myself but they never did show how he got injured.

Cooley out 6 weeks - surgery for "shattered finger".

Trent likely out multiple weeks:

Hightower should be back next week and beyond.

Hightower, though, said not playing Sunday was precautionary and that he’s feeling better.

“It was just a matter of resting up,” he said. “I’ll be good to go for the rest of the season.”

They could bring Capers back, though I'd be surprised. Late word last night seemed to indicate Lockear at RT, while JB swings to the left.

This sounds like a great plan until TW gets back. Locklear at RT and Brown at LT.

Can Locklear play LG after Trent comes back? Montgomery has been great at Center and likely a better option than Cook long term at Center.

Locklear is a great blocker when healthy, we're probably all underrating him.

Andrew Luck just came back in the picture.

NOT EVEN CLOSE...

The "Andrew Luck Pick" next spring will go to a team with 3 wins. Even if the Skins "lose out" the season - - which they will NOT do - - that would only put them in a tiebreaker for the "Andrew Luck Pick".

If you are pining for the Skins to get him, be prepared to package up a few selected roster players and a pick or two in order to move up in the draft order...
