I agree Ruh, but you have to take something from each game, even if it is just learning something about your team. Beck should be the man the rest of the way. With him, maybe we can salvage something. We are 3-2, still above .500 and plenty of football left. Six to seven more wins should be good enough for the playoffs. There is no excuse for a team with this type of talent not to at least make the Wildcard round.

D took time to make adjustments to the off-tackle sprint run, but O put the D in very poor position all game.

D came up big holding Philly to 2 FGs in 2nd qtr. 6 points over 44 min. is pretty good with Vick making only 1 mistake on the batted INT.

his ego wont let him admit he made horrible decisions and horrid playcalling. We threw FOUR INTs and our defense keeps us within one score. This game is 50% on grossman, 50% on shanahan, and 100% on both of em together. after that showing, rex should be cut.

Hey like B Mitch said, David Garrard is still on the free agent market. Not that I support that, but I'll just play devils advocate and say what if. What if.

If Rex starts next week. I may just change the channel when our offense is on the field to save me from having a heart attack

Their offense owned our D in the first half. OWNED. Adjustments were made, play was better - whatever - in the second half.

It takes a full game on both sides of the ball. The offense sucked all game. The defense only sucked half a game.

I agree. Some weakness' were exposed in our interior run stopping in nickel.
Orakpo was very undisciplined in gap control. he gave up several long runs to RB and Vick scrambling. He tries to go for the sack every play. He has to play smarter and in control. Our other OLB is out playing him.
The Eagles pro bowl LT moving Bowen around like he was on skates. H e probably does that to a lot of people.

We can not go man on man to much with the Eagle WR'S. Second half adjustments helped.

Yeah I know Sammy, but Ponder at the very least would make a decent backup. Grossman is gone after this season, and if you draft a guy it is just Beck and the draftee. Would have been nice to have a 3rd guy in the mix for emergenices.I think we'll be OK with Beck, the kid from Tenn, and a 2012 pick. I'm just glad to see Rex benched.

Carson Palmer is still on the market also and Jay Frazier thinks the Bengals are ready to deal.
