The Gameday Thread: Philly at Washington

Especially after a two week period of being able to watch film. Maybe instead of trying to avoid the footage of last years game as they so want to do they should have played it everyday as some of us fans suggested.

Also having some depth in the o-line instead of carrying 20 WRs.

On a possitive side..... Beck is not better otherwise he would have been playing from scratch. huh. I'll agree we definitly need a decent QB next year from the draft.
It can't hurt to play him though were not getting back in this game unless a miracle happens

I totally believe the Eagles have targeted our OL. We were the only team with a decent OL which was keeping us in the games. All the other NFCE teams have injuries or issues at OL.

Well both Rex and the defense are playing equally ugly. I do think Rex need to be bench, but let's not act like that will be the end of all the problems today.

No, and by the looks of it, far from it. Our problems start with the coaches, playcalling and then execution.

But Grossman is playing so inadequately that the change HAS to be made. And if there is one time where I would want to say, "Told ya so", it wouldnt be this time. I hate watching absolutely atrocious quarterback play being masked by a defense that continually bails you out, and by other defenses dropping your picks. But I also hate people making stupid excuses for them, and ignoring the obvious, just because that is the way it is.


In my mind, there is a reason that there is 53 players on a team. Just because you are a quarterback does not mean you are "Protected" from getting your ass benched because you play like absolute shit.
