Its from a pad of sticky notes, not sure where from.

My mother made that doll for me as a joke in an effort to use up some fabric she bought.
She made some pillow covers and stuff with it.
I know you guys want to think I play with dolls but I just create weird pictures out of boredom or to get reactions from people.
