You can't help but laugh. The easy solution is to not give Cherokee money at all or for Cherokee Freemen to setup their own sovereign tribe and for the land and money be split and distributed proportionally to both tribes. I doubt any solution would satisfy these idiotic Cherokee due to potential loss of land and income though.
