Did you also verify if he is the same guy? The guy you're talking about was born 1955 which would make him 56 years old...this guy is listed as 59 years old.

Bothering isn't your forte...just do you.

lol dang man, relax, no need to take personal swipes b/c i could honestly care less.

the court docs show his age as 1/26/1955 and 1/26/1959.

I doubt there is another guy in his 50s named Leroy McKelvey who lives in Moncks Corner, SC which is a town of 5k in 2000 and 7k in 2009 . . . makes sense that the guy with a long criminal record would be the same guy to bring and use a taser at a football game . .

grow a pair buddy, sometimes in society when someone acts like a total asshole on purpose, you gotta say something to them . . . and be prepared for the consequences that follow . ..

Our constitution was written to protect people from this mob justice you espouse. How ironic you lot find it just to punish people for not standing up for the national anthem which symbolizes our social contract. So much for "the land of the free." Wait, maye that should read "the land of the marine free punish as he pleases."

Let's hope you guys don't run into people who don't like the shirt you are wearing and stabbs you in the neck.

lol maybe the guy was drunk and acting disruptive on purpose? maybe he choose to walk past the marine's side of the row to start a confrontation on purpose? .. . . . frenchy

Can I be limited as to which way I can exit?

You can't tell me which way I can and can't exit. Period!

Damn Saden, we get it, you support marines being tased by criminals who disrupt the national anthem at a packed football game with women and children around.

There's nothing wrong with that.

Substitute "Marine" with "Jersey Shore-eqse meathead". Would everyone support his actions if he wasn't military?

I definitely get the sense that people are supporting this guy just because he is a Marine. Being a Marine doesn't give you the right to be an ass and enforce bathroom time at a stadium.

And if truly think you would fully support his actions, regardless of his military status, I would like to remind you that we live in a civilized society where assault and violence is not the answer. Especially something as immature as denying someone restroom access.

Again not justifying the dallas fan, who should be prosecuted for breaking the law. But, two wrongs don't make a right.

For me this is a case where both guys were in the wrong, but one was more wrong. The marine should have stood down, you make a point, even emphasize it, but don't be asinine about it, and blocking someone's way to the bathroom - is asinine. You don't bring a taser to a stadium. You don't USE a taser at a stadium, and while it's your right not to stand, or whatever else, you should be aware enough to understand other people in the vicinity might just be offended by your actions.

I personally don't think people should be so damn sensitive about the POA. I do understand the respect part. They shouldn't talk over it, but if someone doesn't stand up whatever. This isn't North Korea where you have to stand and enthusiastically participate in every anthem, national ceremony, etc. Our country is better than this type of crap. If we are such a civilized society with democratic values and principles we shouldn't be forcing anyone to say anything.

Forget tasing. Cowboys fans should receive lobotomies.
