Redskins vs. Giants pre-game threadskinsfaninok 09-07-2011, 10:26 AM I agree w smoot, the giants own us so I'm never excited about playing them. Bucket 09-07-2011, 10:35 AM Trash-talk is one thing....bone-headed plays that cost us games are another. Back to the giants, I really feel that the Skins are going to run the ball....a lot! G-men are soft in the middle now and they don't want Grossman going back on every play to pass....cause that would be just Gross....man. Who doesn't make bad plays in the NFL? You're playing against high caliber athletes for 120+ plays. Bad things are bound to happen. Mistake free football is a unreachable goal for every franchise in the NFL. skinsfan69 09-07-2011, 10:51 AM With all the injuries the Giants are there for the taking. I think the Skins can win this one if they can keep Grossman upright. I look for Santana to have a big day. Skins 24 Giants 21. Monkeydad 09-07-2011, 11:13 AM This Skins offense is going to be the highest-scoring offense we've had since '91. It won't be anywhere near THAT caliber, but we'll score more points than in recent memory. Week 1: Redskins 34 Giants 17 The Giants have no depth at secondary due to key injuries at CB and their D-line and LB crew are missing key parts. We'll run AND throw all over them. SmootSmack 09-07-2011, 11:23 AM Landry has confirmed that he's out. Aggravated his hamstring again 12thMan 09-07-2011, 11:26 AM Sucks... CrustyRedskin 09-07-2011, 11:26 AM Its all good one mans bad hammy is another mans golden opportunity Monkeydad 09-07-2011, 11:27 AM Not a problem...we'll save him to play against the good teams. We won't need him this week. :headbange |
