He's the starting corner opposite Hall?
Is he a legit full time starting corner, or is he going to split some time with Barnes?
Seems like an experiment at that position.....I'm a little nervous.

He was a full time starter last year in Baltimore. I think they brought him in to be a starter. He did not play very well in the Pitt game but that was to be expected to a certain extent, Barnes is probably pushing him with his play recently but Barnes is probably not going to overtake him this year.

He has to gell and get a feel for playing with the safeties. It's difficult since the starters have been out. When you evaluate a corner, there needs to be an evaluation of the corner and safety in tandem.

I kind of don't expect him to be better than Carlos, just a replacement -- that's fine though, Atogwe and Landry at the back should provide decent cover help

gotta wait to really see him play. I think in general coverage he got a little to live up to compared to Carlos, but if he grab 4-5 interceptions that's huge. Im eager to see him play in the season

What Haslett said about him is he was the best corner in the second half of the season for the ravens. I'm gonna just hope he picks up steam as the season goes on cause he just blew in pittsburgh.

I think the DBs will be much better by the addition of Otogwe than Wilson. I think Wilson will be a fine corner and I'm glad we got him. Carlos was a good corner, but it seemed obvious that either he didn't want to be here or the team didn't want him here (I'm leaning more towards him not wanting to be here). I like that we got a guy that's a bit younger and he seemed to have performed well in Baltimore.
The key is to get the entire DB group (Hall, Landry, OJ, and Wilson) playing together. I think it may take sometime for that group to get it together, but I think there is enough talent for that to happen quickly. I also hope we have an improved pass rush that will help the DBs do their job.

Considering their strengths, I think Josh Wilson may fit better than Rogers within Haslets defensive philosophy of emphasizing on forcing turnovers.

Yeah -- he's kind of a wild card at the moment because it is his first season in this system, he only started 9 games in his only season with the Ravens so its tough to make a judgment on him. I hope he works out but I have a feeling with the improved front seven, the defensive backfield is going to have a lot more help in terms of getting interceptions and having to cover their guys for less time.

Although Josh Wilson looked kinda bad in his first redskin preseason game, he still looked better than DeAngelo. This is a position we should watch with caution.
